Personal data given through the reservation system and any other data that is collected later or through any other communication channel, as well as any data that the campsite could access as a result of user browsing, shall be added to a CAMPING BAYONA PLAYA, S.A. (herinafter CAMPING BAYONA) file for managing and formalising the reservations and stays of the users, attend requests and queries, carry out the correct provision of our services and send users any promotional material on the same, including through electronic media.

All data requested on reservation or contact forms marked with an (*) is mandatory, and the non-fulfilment of the same may result that CAMPING BAYONA cannot attend your request. The rest of the data is not mandatory and is requested in order to facilitate communication with the clients and manage their stay in the way that best meets their needs.

Interested parties can execute their right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose, by sending a signed request in writing to Avda. Jose Pereira Troncoso 1, 36393, A Ramallosa – Bayona (Pontevedra), Spain, including a copy of their DNI (ID Card) or other similar identification document.

In that case that, through said forms or other functions on the web page, third-party data is given, prior to its inclusion the same should be informed of the points set forth in the previous paragraphs and refrain from including them if consent is not given.

Through this web page and with the aim of facilitating the management of reservations and services, the user or client can access via links to web sites third-party payment platforms. However, CAMPING BAYONA does not have access to the confidential information given by the client on said third-party web pages to management the payment.

CAMPING BAYONA commits to keeping personal data absolutely confidential, only using the same for said objectives, and informs that they have implemented the technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of your data and avoid any alteration, loss, unauthorised processing of or access to such data, bearing in mind the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the the risks to which they are exposed, either from human action or the physical or natural environment, in compliance with that set forth in article 9 LOPD and in its Regulation for development approved by the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December.
